3. Execute them brilliantly.
4. Measure the impact of your strategies systematically, adjusting strategies as indicated.
5. Develop organizational, departmental, team & personnel capabilities.

·        Have an inquiring mind, and be articulative & exceptionally hardworking.
·        Be honest and ethical and should demonstrate a sense of fairness & fair play.
·        Live life with grace and love people but hate bigotry & show courage.
·        Take (smart) risks , make tough decisions in a timely way.
·        Act on conviction & demonstrate patience & acknowledge multiple responsibilities.
·        Tolerate loneliness.
·        Finally, more importantly, know where the buck really stops.

          1.The first and foremost quality of a person in business is to be a leader.leader is nothing but he leads all the employees who are under control of him. 
          2.The leader should be a good planner about further activities.he is the person who should solve all the problems in an organization.
   3.The person should be a efficient decision maker and also be a good implementer .
   4.communication is a most important in an organization.In an organization a manager uses 75% of his time for communicating with employees.So he should be a good communicator , first he should be a good listener and secondly he should be a good speaker.
   5.when he is working behind the employees he should not expect what the employees had done in past but to expect what the employees will do in future.
   6.He should be a good co-ordinator when he is going to do some task with the employees who are working under him.
   7.When problem arises in the organization then he should think positively.He should solve the problem in front of the employees and should motivate the employees in good way and in soft manner.
   8.He should know the ethics i.e..what is wrong and what is right while solving the conflicts between the employees and other issues.
   9.He should be self-confident while he is going to start a new task at the same time he should not feel proud while ending the task successfully.
     If all the above qualities are there in a single person.Then he will be called as effective and efficient manager.
